Introduction

Brentwood have developed a range of Quad Shaft Shredders suitable for industrial applications. These machines ideally suited to shred bulky products which present difficulty feeding into two shafted designs. They can be used for municipal waste disposal, manufacturing or processing industries for the purpose of waste reduction or recycling.

 

Brentwood Quad Shaft shredders features include:

 

  • Ideally suited to difficult to feed materials.
  • Range of models from 10kW to 110kW.
  • Cutters case-hardened alloy for high impact strength.
  • Cutters can be repaired by welding with hard facing.
  • All models can be fitted with removable screen under cutters for sizing
  • All models provide the full horsepower of the machine to be directed to any one cutter.
