As a variation on the standard Brentwood Shredder, we offer a range of shredders for security shredding of paper and documents. These shredders are designed to strip the material to various widths with a rough cerated edge, which is acceptable under most security conditions.
These machines include a feed conveyor which controls the feed rate to the shredding machine together with an outlet conveyor. They are extremely efficient and perform at a considerable increased rate per hour compared to shredders fitted with feed hoppers.
By using a duplicated shredder system, cross-cut shredding can be achieved.

Cardboard Shredders
These are another version of the standard shredding machine designed specifically to handle sheets of cardboard at high rates per hour. The machines run at significantly faster speeds and have a feed conveyor which controls the amount of material being fed to the shredder at any one time. The shredder is suitable for attachment to a pneumatic conveying system. In this circumstance a chopper fan must be used.
Brentwood offer complete fan and duct systems if required.
Paper Preparation Shredders for Baling

These are a specially developed application of the standard shredding machine which allows paper to be prepared prior to baling.
Paper is fed onto a inlet conveyor which controls the feed rate to the shredding machine and the shredding machine breaks the paper up into relatively large pieces, suitable for most baling machines.
