Australian industrial Shredder Manufacture, BRENTWOOD RECYCLING SYSTEMS announces growth to our product range with the introduction of the powerful M&J Industries range of fixed and mobile Shredders. Brentwood Recycling Systems standard range of in house designed and built shredders are rated up to 110kW. The M & J Industries machine start at 110kW with their 2000 series single shaft unit capable of 55 tph of house hold waste shredded per hour, up to 2 x 200kw hydraulic driven 6000 series capable of 100 tph of household waste material, and 150 tonnes per hour of compost material.
M & J Industries established since 1857, started it’s activities with waste reduction machines in 1988, manufacturing from their 20’000 sq m factory in Horsens Denmark and are currently employing 120 people. M&J Industries have sold numerous machines both fixed static plants and mobile trailer units world wide. Western Australian company Simcoa have purchased the first M&J Industries 4000 series machine in Australia, which has successfully operated since 2004.
The M & J Industries machines include single and double shaft arrangement, and utilise hydraulic drive configuration with unique cutter style of forward and reverse continued operating function, which performs a shredding, breaking and cutting function in one process. This operation gives constant distribution of the waste material and the design of the aggressive cutting knives reduces the product in both rotation directions. These features reduce wear of the machines and increases production throughput. Mobile units are available as semi-trailer tow arrangement, trailer mounted unit on container chassis, caterpillar tracks or on legs.
