AZ 960 Titan XL

Capabilities

The AZ 960 Titan XL processes extra large volumes of green waste, brush wood, trunk wood up to approx. 60 cm, bark, biological waste, scrap wood and domestic refuse. Depending on the material the machine reaches a rate of up to 350 m3/h. It is also effective as secondary grinder. Different product screens and fixed tools are available to realize the desired material structure.

Benefits:
The main benefit of the AZ 960 Titan XL is the enormous infeed opening of 960 mm x 1.620 mm. The height adjustable top infeed roller has an internal gear. The machine column is completely closed so that no leakage can escape. The 6 m long infeed funnel has a filling volume of nearly 10 cubic meters. It offers ideal conditions for charging by big wheel loaders. Conveyor belts up to a discharge height of approx. 4.7 m are available. Despite its size the machine is extremely mobile and ready for use within a short time. To protect it against foreign matters, a hinged chip pan is installed as standard. The machine is supplied as three-axle semi-trailer. The comprehensive special optional equipment includes different systems for metal separation, Vario-Cut-hammers, conveyor belts of different lengths, the remote controlled auto-drive, Vario-flex and IBC-control as well as a hinged feeding funnel.

AZ 660

Designed for:
The most popular JENZ Grinder. It is designed for grinding and recycling large volumes of organic waste.

Applications:
Private waste disposal facilities, municipalities, landfills, contractors, composting plants, recycling yards.

Capabilities:
The AZ 660 processes large volumes of organic waste, incl. green waste, brush wood, trunk wood up to approx. 50 cm, bark, biological waste, construction and scrap wood, domestic refuse. Depending on the material the machine reaches a rate of up to 220 m3/h. It is also effective as secondary grinder. Different product screens are available to realize the desired material structure.

Benefits:
The height adjustable infeed roller swings around the rotor and therefore it is very aggressive. The standard conveyor belt for the collection of leakage material allows the machine to be used in quasi-stationary mode. The machine is available as central axis trailer or in the XL-version as twin-axle-semitrailer. The 6-cylinder in-line motor from DaimlerChrysler runs quietly and economically. Conveyors with a discharge height of up to approx. 5.9 m are available. The IBC controls helps to reach a maximum productivity. By either fixed or swinging tools, Vario-flex control with different speeds and screens with different perforations the machine can be exactly adjusted to the requirement with regard to the grinding level. To protect it against foreign matters, a hinged traverse is installed as standard. Different systems for metal separation, conveyors in different lengths with or without hydraulic folding mechanism, remote controlled auto-drive, infeed funnel in different lengths as well as Vario-flex and IBC-control complete the program.

AZ 460 Shredder

Capabilities:
The AZ 460 processes medium-sized volumes of organic waste, incl. green waste , brush wood, trunk wood up to approx. 30 cm, bark, biological waste, construction and scrap wood. The machine reaches a rate of up to 80 m3/h for green waste. It is also effective as secondary grinder.

Benefits:
The AZ 460 replaces the Grinder AZ 35, which has been proved itself for many years. The infeed has been considerably improved. The new height adjustable infeed roller has a lifting and pressing device so that a powerful infeed of bulky material is also possible. The roller is driven by a modern gear being positioned in the roller. Thus, the infeed is completely closed to the outside
and material can no longer leak out. In this operational mode there is much less maintenance and cleaning. Further advantages are a fast screen product change and better access to the motor for service work. The rotor produces an end product with very fine fibres offering the best conditions for composting.
Weight and dimensions allow the trouble-free road registration in every country of the world. The AZ 460 is available stationary, as tandem axle trailer, as trailer or as TIGER with tracks. A loading crane can be mounted on the drawbar. IBC and Vario-flex control are available. Conveyors in different lengths, a remote-controlled auto-drive as well as different possibilities for metal separation complete the program. Moreover, the machine can be supplied on special chassis for being used on rails.

AZ 30 Shredder

Capabilities:
The AZ 30 processes organic waste, incl. green waste , brush wood, trunk wood up to approx. 15 cm, bark, biological waste, non returnable pallets. Depending on the material the machine reaches a rate of up to 60 m3/h. It is also effective as secondary grinder. Different product screens are available to realize the desired material structure.

Benefits:
The AZ 30 was the first mobile JENZ Grinder for recycling green waste for composting. Its fine output product has made the machine well-known among the composting companies. Power and optical design correspond to the state-of-the art of today. Because of its weight and dimensions it corresponds to the motor vehicle safety standards of every country in the world. The AZ 30 is available stationary or mobile as a single or double axle trailer. Optional undercarriages for the use on rails are available. The 74.5 kW strong driving engine assures a good throughput. A loading crane can be mounted for optimal feeding. IBC and Vario-flex control are available. The optimal material size can be reached by different screens. Conveyors in different lengths, hydraulically hinged if desired, a remote-controlled auto-drive as well as feeding funnels in different lengths are also available.

Tiger Crawler Track Shedders

JENZ machines installed on a tracked drive units are called "Tiger" as additional name. The basic machine offers the same throughput as the normal street version. The tracked drive is customized to individual requirements. Chains of different lengths, widths and heights are available. They are extremely flat in order to reduce the transportation height.

Benefits:
The tracked drive allows the use of the machine in limited space or extreme terrains. The machine is stable and does not sink into wet grounds. It is transported on commercial low loaders. There are no costs for repair work at the chassis, the inspection of the brakes and for road permission procedures. The operator controls the Tiger by radio control to the desired place of operation. The machine is very flexible on site as the crawler drive can be moved into any position on the spot at “zero” turning circle. The strong additional hydraulic system is protected against over-heating by large cooling devices. The change from transport to work can be without interruption. Switchable oil motors for adequate transportation speed are available as options. The machines are available as far as possible with the usual standard accessories and are therefore fully operational. The capacity of the machine is by no means reduced by the tracked drive.
